Every girl who shows commitment is supported to grow. Skills, confidence and a love of the game stay with them long after.
Established in 2007 to give young people in Bolton the chance to play netball outside school hours, in a club setting. We’ve grown ever since. Today we cater for players from Year 2 right through to senior age groups.
Some players want to compete at county level. Others want to play for fun. Either way, we offer structured coaching, friendships, and a focus on effort over outcome.

Netball is a team game. Many of our coaches are former Rivington players who came back. The friendships outlast the seasons.
Sport is good for body and mind. We coach in a positive environment, where confidence and resilience grow alongside the netball skills.
Rivington Netball Club was established to give young people in Bolton the opportunity to take part in netball outside school hours, in a club setting. Over the years the club has grown. Today we cater for players from Year 2 up to senior age groups.
As well as players, we are always looking for volunteers, so if you’re interested in coaching, umpiring or just want to be more involved in netball please get in touch.
